Kumar Hair

We are located on the main road of Jamnagar Road in Rajkot. You will see us near the Seth Nagar main gate, which is a pretty well-known spot in this area. Kumar Hair is a small, independent shop where we do all kinds of basic hair needs for the local men and kids. The space is modest, just enough for a couple of stations and a place for people to sit while they wait. We spend a lot of time making sure things are tidy, though it’s hard with all the hair that ends up on the floor. The location on the main road means we get a lot of people just passing by who decide they need a quick cut. We also have our regulars who have been coming to us for years. They like that we are easy to get to and that we don’t make a big deal out of things. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving, and we usually have a local newspaper lying around for people to read. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just our hands and the usual tools of the trade. Every day is pretty much the same routine, which we don't mind at all. It’s good to be a part of the daily life on Jamnagar Road. We just keep the shop open and wait for the next person to walk in and take a seat.
