Krishna Hospital

Started here in Rajkot years ago. The building is nothing fancy, just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling right. We open up early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and the first few patients are already waiting on the wooden benches. It gets loud around noon because of the traffic outside on the main road. The reception desk is a bit worn out now, but it still does its job fine. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or bike in. We have a small canteen area in the back where the tea is always boiling. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the backup, which makes a lot of noise. It’s a busy life here. The doctors are usually rushing between rooms, trying to keep up with the list of names. We see all sorts of cases, from kids with scraped knees to older folks who just need their blood pressure checked. It is a part of the neighborhood, I guess. People know us by name, and we know them too. We don't change much around here, though we did repaint the lobby last summer to make it look a bit cleaner. It’s just Krishna Hospital, sitting here in the middle of Rajkot, doing what we do every single day. The night shift is quieter, mostly just the hum of the fans and the sound of someone walking down the hall.
