Our office is situated at the Mota Chhakarma Kharavad Plot. We are right in the Garbi Chowk Vistar area of Dhoraji in the Rajkot district. If you are from Dhoraji, you know the Garbi Chowk is a central point for a lot of local events. Khodaldham Developers Private Limited is based out of this plot. It is not like a big city office building. It is more of a local setup that fits into the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the wooden desks, going through papers and meeting with people from the town. The atmosphere is very local and friendly. We know everyone who walks by and often stop to have a quick chat. Dhoraji can get very hot, so we have fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We deal with land and development projects around the Rajkot area. It is a lot of ground-level work, not just sitting behind a screen. We have some old maps of the plots pinned to the walls. In the evenings, the area around Garbi Chowk gets quite lively with people coming out after the heat dies down. We usually wrap up our work around then. It is a simple life here, focused on the community and the local land. We do not use big words or complicated systems; we just talk to people and handle the business face-to-face. It is a slow but steady way of working.
