Kgc Engineerings is located right across from Sorathiya Gate at Plot No. 117/A. If you know Ramnagar-1, you’ve probably passed by our shop more than once. We do a lot of the hands-on engineering work that folks in this area need. It's usually quite noisy with the machines running throughout the day. There is always some grease on the floor and tools scattered across the workbenches. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the work just gets in the way of cleaning. People bring in metal parts that need fixing or ask us to make something specific from a sketch. We just look at what they have and start cutting or welding. It is a lot of hard manual labor. The guys here have been doing this for many years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to finish the job that is right in front of us. Sometimes things take longer than we expected because of a broken tool or a late delivery of steel, but that's just how the business goes. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out the more tricky parts of a build. The location is very easy to find since we’re right near the gate. If you're looking for a shiny office with air conditioning, this isn't it. We just have our workshop and a small space to sit. It is honest work and we stay busy most weeks.
