Ken'S Gym

The place stays pretty busy most mornings here on Panchavati Main Road. You can usually see the gym lights on long before the sun is fully up. It’s right near the Jain Temple, so you hear the bells sometimes if the traffic isn't too loud yet. Directly across from us is the OBC Bank, which is handy for people running errands after their workout. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of iron clinking and some music playing in the background. We have a lot of regular weights and benches scattered around. It’s not one of those fancy spots with white carpets. We have rubber mats that have seen better days and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually. People come in, do their sets, and chat a bit near the water cooler. Sometimes the humidity makes the floor a little slick, so we’re always mopping. In the evenings, it gets a bit crowded when the office crowd finishes up. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and most folks in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s a simple setup for getting things done. There’s a rack for bags near the entrance that’s usually overflowing by six PM. The ceiling fans hum constantly to keep the air moving, though it still gets warm when the benches are all full. It’s just how it goes in a local gym like this.
