KEDARNATH BUILDESTATE LLP

We’re located at 2 Indraprasth Nagar, right near Nilkanth on Axar Marg. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the neighborhood. Kedarnath Buildestate LLP is the name we use, but most people just know us as the guys in the office on the corner. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a simple space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Being on Axar Marg means we see a lot of people passing by throughout the day. We aren't the type to use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone with slick presentations. We’d rather just sit down and talk about what needs to be done. Property and building work can get complicated, so we try to stay grounded. Our office usually has a few stacks of paper on the desks and a pot of tea on the go. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most days, we’re just in our regular clothes, dealing with the day-to-day tasks that keep a business running. We like being in Indraprasth Nagar because it’s a good community. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the locals. We just focus on doing our jobs and being honest with everyone who walks through the door. It’s not fancy, but it is real work.
