Our shop is number 72 in the Gumansinhji Shopping Center. It’s right across from the new vegetable market on Dhebar Road, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It can get pretty hectic in the mornings when the market is in full swing. We’ve been trading here for quite some time now. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot into it. You have to step over a few things sometimes to get to the back. We deal with various goods, whatever is needed. Trading is just about being here and knowing who needs what. My desk is usually covered in papers and old receipts. We don’t spend much on decorations or anything like that. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about it. It’s a local spot. People stop by on their way to the market or after they’ve finished their shopping. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. Dhebar Road is a busy place to be, but it keeps things interesting. Sometimes we have tea brought over from the stall nearby while we wait for deliveries to show up. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. No big corporate stuff here. Just us in shop 72, trying to keep things organized and moving along as best we can. It gets dusty, but that's life in the market area.
