Jineshwar Chemicals

Our office is in Jineshwar Chambers, which is located in the S.P. Market area on M.G. Road. It’s a very busy part of the city. There’s always music playing from the nearby shops and the sound of traffic is constant. We handle various chemical supplies for industrial use. The office isn't very large, but it serves our needs just fine. We have some wooden desks and a lot of metal filing cabinets. Jineshwar Chemicals is a family-run business. My uncle started it, and I took over about five years ago. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on our reputation in the market. People know us at S.P. Market. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure deliveries are on time. Sometimes the logistics can be a nightmare because M.G. Road is so congested. You have to learn the shortcuts and the best times to move goods. We have two delivery vans that are almost always on the road. The staff is like family to us. We’ve worked together for a long time. We drink tea twice a day and talk about the daily news. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we do take our work seriously. If a customer has a problem, they just call my personal mobile phone. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about things. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job.
