Jignesh Hair & Saloon

Jignesh Hair & Saloon is a small shop located at G/2 on Nana Mava Main Road in Rajkot. We are right in the Shashtri Nagar area. I’ve lived in Rajkot most of my life, and opening this shop was a way to stay connected to the community. It’s a basic hair saloon. We focus on getting the work done right without making it too complicated. The shop is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in when they are passing by on the main road. We have a few chairs and the usual tools for cutting hair and shaving. Nana Mava Main Road is usually quite busy with traffic and people going about their business. We get a mix of customers—some who have been coming to me for years and some new faces who just moved into Shashtri Nagar. We keep the shop simple. There are no fancy decorations or expensive products on display. We just use what works. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, or the power goes out, but we manage. It’s part of running a small business here. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and wait your turn. Most people don't mind the wait because they can catch up on the local gossip or just watch the traffic outside. It’s an honest shop for people who want a decent haircut at a fair price.
