Jayvx Mart Private Limited is based out of the Shreemira Food Industries premises in Village Targhadi. This is in the Paddhari Taluka, quite a bit away from the main hustle of Rajkot city. It is a different pace of life out here. You see more fields and open spaces than you do high-rise buildings. The air feels a bit different than in the city center. We spend our days in the industrial area where things are more about production and logistics. The commute out to Targhadi can be a long one if you are coming from the district headquarters, but it is a straightforward drive. Our workspace is part of a larger food industry complex, so there is always the smell of something being processed or packed nearby. It is a very practical environment. We do not have any fancy carpets or glass walls. The floors are concrete and the desks are heavy wood. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and people from the surrounding villages. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. It is a quiet, hardworking life in this part of Gujarat. We focus on our tasks and try to get home before it gets too dark on the village roads. There is plenty of work to keep us busy.
