Jay Ambe Masala Store

We have been here near Jb Park for a good while now. It is a small shop called Jay Ambe Masala Store. People usually stop by when they are heading home or out for a walk in the park nearby. We keep a variety of masalas and other small things. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their kitchen supplies sorted for the day. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. Just the stuff people need for their daily cooking. Most of the regulars know us by name and we know them too. It is just how things are around here. We spend most of our day grinding things up or packing up orders for the local houses. The smell of spices is always in the air around the shop. If you have been around Jb Park, you have probably seen our sign out front. It is nothing special, just a local spot. Sometimes we run out of certain things, but we try to keep the bins full as much as possible. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city. Just keeping the neighborhood fed with decent spices is enough for us. The weather lately has made the shop a bit humid, but we manage somehow. My cousin helps me out most days. We have been at this location for years and seen the area change quite a bit around the park. It is a busy life but we like the routine of it. We open early and stay until the sun goes down.
