You can find us at Shop 11 and 12 on the first floor of Sadguru Sanidhya Apartment. We’re right across from Pawan Park, so we get a decent bit of green to look at when we step out onto the balcony. Being on Satya Sai Road, near the Kalawad Road intersection, means it's pretty easy for people to find us, even with the traffic. The shop is a bit of a mix of everything. We have shelves lined with parts and workstations where we spend most of our hours. It’s not a showroom; it’s a workspace. Sometimes the floor is a bit cluttered with boxes from a recent delivery, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been providing solutions here for a while, and we’ve learned that most people just want things to work without a lot of technical jargon. We try to keep things simple when we’re explaining a fix or a product. The staff here is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to digging into a broken machine. We know the local area well and often grab tea from the stall nearby during our breaks. It’s a grounded kind of life. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up to remind us what needs doing next. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of all the various tasks that come our way.
