Hair Line

You can find us over at Sagar Complex on University Road, right near the Punjab Honda showroom. Since we are in this part of Rajkot, we see a lot of students and young people walking by on their way to classes. The shop is at number 12, so we are tucked in among a few other local businesses. It is a fairly busy area, and there is always a bit of a scramble for parking spots out front. Inside, things are kept pretty straightforward. We have the usual chairs and the smell of talcum powder and aftershave hangs in the air most of the day. The big glass window lets us watch the cars go by toward the university. Sometimes the showroom next door gets loud with people checking out new bikes, but we just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It isn’t a fancy place with expensive decorations, just a practical shop where the floor is always being swept and the scissors are always moving. People know us by the landmark of the Honda place because it is easy to tell your friends where to meet. We have a small bench for waiting, and it usually has a newspaper or two sitting on it from the morning. It is a regular Rajkot business where the hours go by fast and the faces are mostly familiar.
