Gulab Oil Food Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot 161/1 in the GIDC area. It’s right off National Highway No 8, so the traffic is always moving outside. We’ve been here in Taluka Kotda for a bit now, specifically on the SIDC Main Road. Mostly, the day starts early when the gates open. There is a lot of noise from the machinery because that is just how food oil processing goes. It’s not a quiet place. People come and go, checking on the machines and making sure everything is moving through the pipes like it should. We have a few rooms for the office stuff, but most of the space is taken up by the equipment and the storage drums. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We don't have fancy decorations or a big lobby. It’s just a workspace where people wear their overalls and get things done. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on the main road, but we manage. Most of the guys here have been working in this area for years. They know the rhythm of the place. We keep the floors as clean as you can in an oil factory. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the gauges. If you walk by, you’ll see the sign near the gate. It's just a regular industrial unit doing its job every day. No big mystery to it.
