Gorande Beauty Parlour & Training Centre

This parlour is right on Jivantikapara Main Road in the Gandhigram area of Rajkot. If you know where Prajapati Vadi is, we are just across from there. It is a local spot where we do both beauty work and training for others. I started the training center because many people nearby wanted to learn how to do this kind of work for themselves or to find jobs. We have been in this building for a while now. Gandhigram is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street, but we are used to it by now. The shop is a basic place, nothing too flashy. We have our regulars who come in for their regular hair and skin care. Then there are the students who come in for the classes. It gets a bit cramped when we have a full class and customers at the same time, but we make it work. We use standard equipment and focus on the basics. It is important for the students to learn how to handle things properly from the start. Most of the people around here are families, so we see a lot of mothers and daughters. We are not trying to be some big city salon; we just want to provide a helpful service to the people in our neighborhood. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the bikes and cars, but we try to keep the inside as neat as possible. It is a simple life running a shop.
