Golden Hair & Care

Golden Hair & Care is located at Shop Number 8 inside Omkar Tower. We are on Nirmala Road, right near the Hanuman Madhi Chowk. If you know where New Era School is, we are directly across from it. Being near a school means we get a lot of students coming in after their classes are over. It gets quite loud in here around three or four in the afternoon. The shop itself is decent-sized for this part of Rajkot. We’ve put some posters on the walls to make it look a bit better. We offer the usual stuff like haircuts and shaves. We don't really do the "care" part of our name in a fancy way, it’s just about making sure people leave looking a bit tidier than when they came in. My partner and I have been working together here since the building was relatively new. The chairs are a bit old now, and the leather is starting to crack, but they are still sturdy. We don't have a fancy booking system. You just show up and wait your turn. Sometimes the wait is long, sometimes it’s short. That’s just the way it goes. We try to be fair and take people in the order they arrived. It’s a simple business on a busy road, and we're happy to be part of the community here. The lobby of the building can be a bit dark, but once you step into our shop, the lights are bright enough for us to work.
