Glamour Girl

We are tucked away on Bank Of Baroda Street, right near the University Campus area in Rajkot. Most of the girls from Kansagara College find us pretty easily because we are just around the corner from them. The shop isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We’ve been at this 360005 zip code area for some time. It gets noisy when classes let out and all the students are walking by. We do a lot of basic threading, hair stuff, and the usual things people need. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic on weekends. My cousin helps me out when things get busy. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. People usually hear about us from their friends at the college. It’s a nice little spot. The street can get crowded with bikes, especially near the bank. We just try to do a decent job so people come back next month. There's a lot of competition around here, but we stay steady. I usually open up early in the morning. The mirrors are a bit old but they show what they need to. It’s not a corporate chain, just a local shop where we know most of the faces that walk in. We spend a lot of time talking about local news while working. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood life here. We keep our supplies in plastic bins under the counter. Sometimes we run out of coffee, so we walk over to the nearby stall for a drink.
