Our shop is right there in Suvarna Complex at shop number nine. If you know where Metro Restaurant is on University Road, then we are very easy to find. It’s a busy spot in Rajkot, and there is always something going on outside on the street. We’ve been at this location for some time now. The space inside is mostly just what we need to work. We have mirrors along the wall and some places for people to sit while they wait their turn. It gets a bit crowded on Saturdays when everyone seems to have the same idea to come in. You can hear the noise from the restaurant next door sometimes, but we don't mind. We know most of the people who work in the other shops around here. We usually open up early and stay until the sun goes down. The floor needs sweeping every hour because that's just how it is in this business. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything stays moving. People come in, tell us what they need, and we do our best to get them back out to their day. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We like the neighborhood and how close we are to everything. It feels like a good place to be, even when the traffic is loud or the sidewalk is messy.
