We are located out on Pal Village Road, right across from the petrol pump here in Rajkot. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the pump is, so we don't have to give long directions. Rajkot is a place that feels like home, even with all the new growth and noise happening lately. Our office is on Revenue Survey No. 342. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything. We spend a lot of our time out on the field anyway. There’s always something that needs looking at on a site, whether it's a foundation or a roof. Sometimes we’re out there in the mud, and other times we’re stuck inside doing taxes and paperwork. It’s a mix. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen how the city has stretched out towards the villages. It’s interesting to see how things change over time. We don’t really do big speeches or have a list of values on the wall. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families at night. Some days the heat in Rajkot is just too much, so we take a longer break in the afternoon to cool off. We know the people around here, and they know us. It’s a local thing. We deal with suppliers we’ve known for years. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a project takes longer than we thought it would. But we just keep at it. That’s really all there is.
