Our shop is No-136 in the Plenary Arcade on Gondal Road. We are right near the Bombay Petrol Pump, which is a good landmark because people always know where that is. It’s a busy road with a lot of dust and noise, but it's where all the industrial stuff happens. We deal with hydraulics and pneumatics every single day. Most of the time our hands are a bit greasy from handling the parts. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about where we put the heavy inventory. We don't have any polished sales people. It’s just us. If you come in, you'll probably see one of us middle of fixing a seal or looking through a catalog for a specific valve. It gets a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. We’ve been here at this spot for a while and we like the location. It’s practical. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. The walls are mostly covered in calendars and charts for part sizes. Some days the phone won't stop ringing and other days we just spend time cleaning the workbench. It’s just a regular local business. We keep it honest and just try to get the parts out to the people who need them for their machines. The Plenary Arcade can get quite hot in the afternoon sun, so we usually keep the front door open for a breeze.
