We are over at the Dcrm Complex, right behind the Sbi Bank on Rmc Road. It’s a bit tucked away but people find us eventually. Dcrm Securities Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this building for some years. It’s a solid place. We deal with security matters and paperwork mostly. The office isn't too large but it fits everyone. We have some heavy desks and a lot of filing cabinets. You can hear the bank traffic from the back sometimes. It gets quite busy on Rmc Road during the afternoons. We usually have the radio playing low in the background while we work. It’s a lot of routine stuff, checking files and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the printer jams and it takes us forever to fix it. We don't have a big fancy lobby. Just a couple of chairs for whoever stops by. The lighting is a bit dim in the hallway but we got used to it. Most of the staff live nearby so we walk to work. It’s a pretty standard office life for us. We just keep our heads down and do the tasks for the day. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a specific reason. We just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. It is usually quiet enough to get things done. We take turns making tea in the small pantry. The window in the back doesn't lock right so we had to put a piece of wood in the frame.
