Collegian Hair Saloon

Our shop is located on Junction Plot Main Road, right near the Shiv Shakti Cyber Cafe. Being in the Junction Plot area of Rajkot means we get a lot of different people coming through the door. It’s a 360001 zip code, and it feels like a very central part of town. The saloon itself is pretty basic. We have the mirrors, the combs, and the clippers all ready to go. It isn't one of those places with soft music and scented candles. It’s a place where men come to get their hair cut and maybe talk about the latest news or the cricket scores. We named it Collegian, but we see people of all ages, from students to grandfathers. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when it’s busy, but we sweep it up as fast as we can. The chairs are sturdy and have been around for a long time. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the hair. It’s a simple business. We open up in the morning, stay until the evening, and try to make sure everyone who leaves looks a bit tidier than when they came in. If you are near the cyber cafe, just look for our sign. We are usually there, unless it’s a holiday or something unexpected comes up. We just do the work and try to keep it steady.
