CHROME SPACES LLP is located in the Alpha Plus building, specifically in unit 1004/A. We are right across from Gujarat Gas and near the Raiya Telephone Exchange on the 150 Feet Ring Road. If you know Rajkot, you know this road is always moving. It’s a busy spot but it makes getting around easy for us. We’ve been operating from this office for a while now. It’s a high floor, so we get a decent view of the traffic below while we work on our project plans. We deal with property and space management mostly. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still all day. We’re often out visiting sites or meeting people at different locations across Rajkot. The office itself is pretty straightforward, just desks and computers and a lot of paper. We don't go in for fancy decorations. We prefer to spend our time making sure the projects are actually moving forward. People stop by quite a bit since we’re in such a well-known building. The 150 Feet Ring Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but it’s the heart of the city’s growth. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years. We just try to keep up with the demand and do our part in the local market. It’s honest work, and we enjoy being part of the Rajkot business community. It’s a lot of long hours, but it feels good to see buildings go up and things change.
