Bhavy Hair Art

Bhavy Hair Art is out in Wankaner on Jadeswar Road. It’s a bit away from the main Rajkot city center. We like it here because it is a bit more relaxed than the city. Our shop is just a small room on the side of the road. We have a few chairs and some old mirrors that have seen better days. It is a place for the local men and boys to come get a haircut. Most of our customers are farmers or people who work in the local shops nearby. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that works most of the time. In the summer it gets quite hot, so we keep the door wide open to let the breeze in. There is always a lot of dust from Jadeswar Road, but that is just how it is. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Just the name painted on the front. People know us and that is enough. We use the same tools we have had for years. They still work fine if you take care of them. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall next door while we wait for the next person to come in. It is a slow pace of life and we don't mind it. We just do the work we know how to do and head home at the end of the day. It is enough for us.
