Best Hair Art

Best Hair Art is located over at Shashtrinagar, right near the Second Circle. We are on Nana Mauva Road, which is a place everyone in Rajkot knows gets really crowded in the evenings. Our shop isn't very large, but we make it work with the space we have. I started this because I liked working with my hands and meeting different people every day. We see all sorts of folks coming in, from young kids who can't sit still to the older grandfathers who have been living in Shashtrinagar since forever. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind much. We have a few old magazines on the table, though most people just look at their phones while waiting. It is a steady rhythm of snipping and buzzing throughout the day. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. People find us because they live nearby or their cousins told them about the place. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. When the sun goes down, the lights on Nana Mauva Road come on and the shop feels a bit more cozy. We just try to do an honest day’s work and make sure no one leaves looking messy. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, right here in the circle.
