Astron Multigrain Private Limited

We are out in Chordi village, near the Ram Hotel in the Gondal taluka of Rajkot. Our facility covers plots 17 to 21, so it’s a decent-sized space for what we do. Astron Multigrain is basically a mill where we process different types of grains. It’s dusty work, and the sound of the grinders is something you just get used to after the first week. We aren't a big city corporation with suits and ties. We’re mostly in overalls or plain shirts, making sure the grain is clean and the bags are filled correctly. Gujarat gets very hot, especially out here in the open areas near the highway, so the warehouse can get quite stuffy. We keep the doors open for the breeze, but the machines generate their own heat too. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy stories about our "vision." We just know that people need good grain for their flour and meals. We check the quality ourselves, usually by just feeling the texture or looking at the color. It’s how it’s been done for a long time. It’s a simple business, really. We get the raw material in, we process it, and we send it out to the markets. It’s a long day usually, starting early and finishing when the last truck is loaded up and gone. That's just how we do it here.
