Ashish Hair Art is over on 80 Feet Road in the New Nehrunagar area. We are part of the Nehrunagar Society, quite close to Rameshwar Wadi. Being in Rajkot 360002, we get a lot of local traffic. The shop is nothing fancy, just a room with some mirrors and chairs. I opened this place because I wanted to work for myself and I knew the people around here needed a reliable spot. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the chairs. On Sundays, it gets really busy with all the families coming in. You might have to wait a bit, but we have a few old magazines to look at. We don't use any of those loud marketing tricks. We just do the haircuts people ask for. Sometimes a kid comes in and wants something from a movie, and we try our best to make it look right. The road outside is always noisy with scooters and cars, but inside we just focus on the task. It’s a practical shop for practical people. We don't have air conditioning, but the ceiling fan works well enough to keep us going. We try to keep the place tidy but hair gets everywhere when it’s busy.
