We are located over at Hem Arcade, specifically in suite 506 on Yagnik Road in Rajkot. Yagnik Road is a pretty famous street in this city, so most folks around here know exactly where the building is. We work as developers, which basically means we spend a lot of our time looking at different pieces of land and figuring out what can be built there. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication with different people just to get things moving along. Our office is a simple and functional place where we keep our files and meet with our various partners. We don't have any flashy signs out front or expensive furniture inside. We would much rather put that money directly into our building projects. Being based in Rajkot means we really know the local market and what the people here are looking for. It is a city that is always changing, and we try our best to keep up with that pace. Sometimes the work is very slow and involves a lot of waiting for certain approvals, and other times it is a total mad rush to get everything finished before a deadline. We just take it all as it comes. We are not big on making grand promises to anyone; we just focus on doing exactly what we said we would do. Most of our days are spent checking on the construction sites or talking to the contractors. It is honest work and we like seeing things get built.
