We are based in Rajkot at 518 Buildcon LLP. Our office is number 203 in the Sambhav building, which is right in the Arjun Park area. If you know the neighborhood, we are directly opposite Golden Park. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a gamble on the weekends. We’ve got a second-floor office where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a pretty basic setup with a few desks and a bunch of files that we really should organize better. Rajkot is a busy city and the energy of the streets usually makes its way up into our workspace. We deal with construction projects and spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or walking through the sites nearby. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes step out to clear our heads when the office feels too small. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. The staff is small, mostly just people who have been around the industry for years and know the local area like the back of their hands. We get our work done, have our lunch together at the big table, and try to keep things running smoothly. It's a typical small business life in Rajkot, where everyone knows everyone and reputation is built by just showing up and doing the work every single day.
