3 STAR CON LLP

3 Star Con is located in Shop No 13 at the Alay Flats. We are right on the Nan Mava Main Road in Rajkot. It’s a street-level shop, so we see everyone passing by. Being in Rajkot, we deal with a lot of local infrastructure needs and construction tasks. The office is small and practical. We have a front desk and some chairs for when people walk in to talk about a project. Since it’s a shop space, it feels very accessible. You don’t have to go through a big security gate or anything like that. We have our files in the back and a couple of computers at the front. The Nan Mava road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of scooters and cars outside. It is a very local way to run a business. We know the other shop owners nearby and often grab a tea from the stall down the road. Most of our work is about making sure the building projects stay on track. We are a small team and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to visiting the sites. It is an honest day’s work for us. We don't use any big words or complicated plans. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Being in Alay Flats makes us easy to locate for anyone in this part of Rajkot who needs help with infrastructure.
