You can find Xpert Computer Services over in the New Municipal Commercial Complex. We are up on the 2nd floor at Shop No. 9. It’s right near the Kaluva Puvvu Center, which is usually a busy part of town. If you’re looking for the Andhra Bank ATM, we are very close to that. Getting up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb if you're carrying a heavy desktop, but we’re here. The shop is full of spare parts, monitors, and cables tangled up in boxes. It’s a real working space, not a showroom. We spend most of our hours looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why things won't turn on. People bring us their laptops when they spill tea on them or when the software starts acting up. We’ve been in this complex for a good while. The neighbors in the other shops are friendly, and we all know each other. It gets a little loud with the traffic from Kaluva Puvvu Center downstairs, but you get used to it. We don't do much marketing because the location brings in enough work. We just focus on the repairs. If we can't fix it, we’ll tell you straight. No point in making things complicated. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we fix things, and we go home. That’s how it works for us at Shop No. 9.
