Swastik Engineers & Builders

We've been at Shivaji Apartment on Shankar Nagar Road for a while now. Swastik Engineers & Builders is basically just us doing construction work around Raipur. If you go past Lodhipara Chowk, you'll find us pretty easily. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We handle a lot of building projects, mostly local stuff that keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we get through it. People usually just drop by the office when they have questions about a house or a renovation. It's not a fancy setup, just desks and drawings mostly. Chhattisgarh has seen a lot of changes lately and we've been part of some of that. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. No big speeches or anything like that. Just showing up and doing the work. The weather gets hot in Raipur, so we plan our site visits early in the day when possible. Our team has been together for a few years. We know the local rules and where to get materials without a huge hassle. It’s a job like any other, but we take it seriously. You learn a lot about people when you build things for them. Every project has its own set of problems to solve. We just take them one at a time.
