Swadha Tech-Solutions Private Limited is based out of Shaurya Arcade, specifically in unit FF-40. This is right in the Rajbandha Maidan area of Raipur. The pin code is 492001. It is a central location, so it is usually quite easy for people to find us once they get to the arcade. The building itself is a bit older and has that typical commercial feel with lots of different small shops and offices tucked away on every floor. Our space is on the first floor. It is not a very big office, but it fits our team and our equipment just fine. We spend most of our time staring at monitors and trying to solve technical issues for our clients. There’s no fancy dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. The hallway outside can be a bit noisy with people coming and going from the other businesses. We have a small table for our meetings and a corner where we keep the water cooler and the tea supplies. Sometimes the power flickers, which is typical for this part of town, but we have backups to keep us going. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace. We aren't interested in looking polished. We just want to get through our task list and make sure our customers are satisfied with what we do. It’s just a normal day of work for us here at the arcade.
