Shubh Engineers

We are tucked away in room 415 of the Ambuja Mall. It’s a bit strange having an engineering office in a mall, but it works for us. Shubh Engineers has been here for some time now. You have to go past all the shops and the food court to find us. It’s actually quite quiet back here in this corner of the building. We spend most of our time looking at technical specs and parts. The mall gets really busy on the weekends, but during the week when we are working, it’s mostly just us and the other office units. We don’t have a big display or anything in the window. It’s just a door with the name on it. Inside, it's pretty packed with equipment and old project files. We don’t have much room for a lounge or anything like that. We usually just eat lunch at our desks or head down to one of the stalls in the mall if we have time. It’s a weird mix of being in a public place but doing very private, technical work. The air conditioning is usually too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in the summer. We’re just a small team of engineers. We don't do much talking; we just focus on the drawings and the calculations. It’s a solid place to get work done without too many distractions. We keep the door closed to block out the mall noise.
