We’re over at Plot 599/600 on Urla Road, right in the middle of the Urla Industrial Complex in Birgoan. Being near Heera Power & Steels means there’s always big trucks and heavy activity around us. Our place at Shanta Techno is an industrial setup through and through. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and manufacturing processes that keep the guys busy all day. The complex is huge, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the smoke and the noise of a heavy industrial zone. We’ve been here long enough that the dust doesn’t really bother us anymore. Our building is functional, meant for work rather than looking good. We spend most of our time on the production floor making sure everything is running the way it should. Sometimes parts are hard to find or the electricity cuts out, which is common enough around here. We just deal with it and move on. We don’t have any polished brochures or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily work of an industrial shop. Most of the people who work here live nearby in Birgoan, so it feels like a local group even though we’re in a big industrial area. We keep things simple, focus on the orders we have, and try to make sure we don't fall behind. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the orders get out.
