We are located in Samta Colony, which is a fairly quiet and nice part of the city. Being in the event management business means our office is often full of samples, fabric swatches, and notebooks filled with lists. We handle all sorts of gatherings, from small family parties to bigger functions that take over a whole hall. It isn't always like what you see on TV; there is a lot of heavy lifting, dealing with late deliveries, and making sure the lights actually turn on when they are supposed to. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving around to different venues to check on things. Our team is small, and we’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know most of the local vendors and where to get things at the last minute. We don't go in for big corporate speeches. We just listen to what someone wants for their event and then try to make it happen within their budget. Sometimes things get stressful, especially during the wedding season when everyone wants everything done at once, but we manage to get through it. It’s just about being practical and staying organized. You can usually find us at the office in Samta Colony during the day, unless we are out at a site setting things up for a show. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we just have to go to the shop around the corner.
