Gb Reality

Gb Reality is right beside the Pushpak Apartment, directly opposite the Government High School in Chhotapara. It’s a very lively location, especially when the school bell rings and the kids all flood out into the street in the afternoons. Our office is on the ground level, so it’s easy for people to just walk in when they’re passing by to ask about rentals. We handle property stuff, which means we spend half our time in the office and the other half walking around the neighborhood looking at houses and flats. The office itself is pretty basic and functional. We have a couple of desks, a big map of the local area on the wall, and some keys hanging on a wooden board. It’s a bit dusty because the road outside is always busy with bikes, but we try to keep it tidy. We talk to a lot of people who are looking for a place to live or trying to sell their old family homes. It involves a lot of listening and even more phone calls to different owners. We aren’t big-shot developers; we just know this specific neighborhood really well. Sometimes we sit out front on a plastic chair to catch some air when the weather is nice. We’ve known the people over at Pushpak Apartment for years. It’s a local business through and through. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or pushy talk. We just show the properties and let people decide for themselves if it fits their needs.
