Sahara Infotech is located right on Mahatma Gandhi Road in Baloda Bazar. We are directly across from the Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank and near the post office, so it's a central spot. Most people stop in while they are doing their banking or heading to mail something. We deal with computers, printers, and all that kind of tech stuff that people need for their offices or homes. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot into the shelves. You'll usually find us behind the counter working on a laptop or helping someone pick out a cable. It gets a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once, but we manage. Baloda Bazar is a busy place and being on MG Road means there is always noise from the street outside. We opened up here because we saw everyone needed help with their digital gear. We aren't tech geniuses, but we know how to fix common problems and get things running again. Sometimes we run out of specific parts and have to wait for a delivery, which can be annoying for the customers. We try to be honest about how long things will take. There's no fancy lounge here, just a few chairs for waiting. It’s a straightforward shop for people who just want their tech to work without a lot of fuss. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just sit and wait it out with the customers. It’s just part of life here on Mahatma Gandhi Road. We appreciate the regulars who come back every time their computer acts up. It's usually a loose wire anyway.
