Our small group works out of Bangala Number 17 in Avanti Garden, which is located in the Daldal Seoni area. It is basically a bungalow setup that belongs to Ghanshyam Agrawal. Working from a place like this is different from being in a crowded office tower. We have some trees around and it feels more like a home than a workplace most of the time. We do a lot of thinking and trying out new ideas here. Since we are an innovations firm, things can get a bit messy with notes and drawings scattered around the tables. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps when you need to concentrate on a hard problem. We started this because we wanted to see what we could build on our own. You might see one of us walking in the garden when we need a break from the screens. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team calling people all day. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make things that actually work. The tea is always hot and the atmosphere is relaxed. It is a simple way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We prefer the peace of Daldal Seoni over the rush of the main city center. It’s just how we like to operate.
