Reliance Bpo

Our office is over in Shantinath Nagar, specifically in the Tatibandh area of Raipur. It is a decent spot in Chhattisgarh, and the building is easy enough to find if you are in the neighborhood. We run a BPO operation here, which basically means we are on the phone or the computer for most of our shifts. The office is pretty basic with the usual rows of desks and a small area for us to sit during breaks. Raipur can get incredibly hot, so we are always glad to be inside with the coolers running. It is a typical work environment where everyone is focused on their own screen. We are not doing anything glamorous, just handling the backend work and customer queries that come our way. We have some people who have been here since we first opened this branch and others who are just starting out. It is a good mix of folks. We don't have any polished mission statements or anything like that posted on the walls. We just come in, do the job, and go home. There is a small tea stall nearby that we all visit during the afternoon to get a bit of energy. It is a very normal, local operation. We like it that way because it is straightforward and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. It is just another day at the office for us.
