We spend most of our days over here in Peenya 2nd Stage, right near that Deepashree School. If you know the Indraprasth Raipura area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the industrial stuff going on. Our workshop at Scott Engineers is usually full of noise and the smell of metal. We've been at this address for a while now, just doing the work that comes in. Most of the guys here live close by, so we're usually open early before the school traffic gets too bad. The floor is always a bit messy with scraps, but that’s just how an engineering place is. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we handle the machines and get orders sorted. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We handle a lot of different projects, some small and some that take up the whole floor space for weeks. You can find us easily enough if you look for the school landmark. People usually just drop by when they need something fabricated or fixed. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a lot of grinding and welding most afternoons, which makes the shop quite hot. (236 words)
