Airtel Broadband

This is our local Airtel Broadband office, right in front of the Lal Bag Hotel. We are tucked in near the Spark Plaza and not too far from Vcare Hospital in the Telibandha area. It is a pretty active part of the neighborhood. People are always coming in because their internet is acting up or they want to change their plan. We have a small desk setup where we try to get through the queue of folks waiting. It is not a huge corporate headquarters; it is just the local branch where the actual work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking at once, but we manage. Telibandha is a good spot for us because it is central for a lot of our customers. We see the same people coming by, and after a while, you start to recognize the regulars. We do not have much in the way of decorations. There are just a few chairs for people to sit while they wait and some posters on the wall that have been there for ages. Our staff is usually busy on the phones or typing away on the computers. It is a straightforward operation. We just try to help whoever walks through the door as best as we can. Being near the hotel and hospital means there is always traffic, but it keeps the day moving fast for us.
