Down in Bilaspur, specifically in the Last Housing Board Colony of Deovrikhurd, you'll find us. We are Nsb Bpo Solutions Pvt Ltd. It's a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city, which is actually quite nice for a BPO. We have a lot of computers set up and people wearing headsets all day long. The office is basically just a big hall with partitions. It can get pretty noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have a small area for taking breaks where we keep a water cooler and some chairs. The road outside is mostly residential, so we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops every day. We aren't a massive company with thousands of employees. We are more of a tight group. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a forced break, which nobody really complains about. We deal with all sorts of customer service stuff. It's not the most exciting work in the world, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk or take a cycle to work. We don't have a big HR department or fancy logos on the wall. It’s just a place where we come to work and then go home to our families. It is simple and honest. We have been here for a few years and the colony feels like home to most of us by now.
