We are set up at Shop No. 34 on Kali Badi Road in the Byron Bazar area. It’s a pretty old part of Raipur, and the narrow streets are always crowded with scooters, cycles, and people walking by. Our shop is one of many along this busy road, nestled right in the heart of the bazar's daily commerce. It’s a small place, and we have our inventory packed into almost every corner we can find. We mostly deal with technical things and parts, so there are always tools, boxes, and metal components lying around on the counters. The light in the shop is a bit dim towards the back, but we have some bright desk lamps to help us see the smaller parts we’re working with. Byron Bazar is a noisy place, with street vendors calling out and horns honking all day long. We’ve gotten used to the sound over the years, and it just feels like background noise now. We have a small wooden bench for customers to sit on if they have to wait for a moment while we find something. Most of the time, we’re busy fixing things or looking up specific parts on the old computer we have. It’s a humble, practical setup, nothing like those big shiny showrooms you see in the newer parts of the city. We have a small ceiling fan that wobbles a bit when it's on high speed, but it keeps the air moving. People from all over Raipur come to this road, and we’re just a small part of it.
