Monika Masala Udyog

Monika Masala Udyog is located over by the Post Office in Tativan, right in the Mahua Bazar area on Jaipur Road. We are quite close to the Vishwakarma Mandir and not far from Tatibandh Chowk either. It’s a busy spot with people always coming and going from the temple or the post office. We’ve been working out of this location for quite some time now. Our setup is pretty basic, just the equipment we need and space to store the raw ingredients. We spend most of our time sorting through seeds and pods, making sure only the good stuff goes into the grinder. It's a lot of manual labor, and my hands are usually stained from the spices by the end of the day. We don’t have a big staff, just a few local folks who know the work well. We don’t use any complicated marketing or try to sound like a big company. We’re just a small udyog trying to provide something decent for the kitchens in our area. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we have to be extra careful with cleaning everything twice. It’s not always easy, but we like what we do. Seeing someone come back for a second bag of masala is all the thanks we need. We’ll be here at Mahua Bazar as long as people need us to keep the grinders going every morning.
