Hmt Chhattisgarh

Our setup is located in the Shiv Mandir Ward. It’s a part of town that feels more like a community than an industrial zone. Hmt Chhattisgarh is a small operation, and we’ve been running it from this same building for years. The place is a bit old and the roof leaks a little when the monsoon rains are really heavy, but it’s our space. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a polished front office. Most of our work is done in the back rooms where we handle our daily tasks. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to do our part for the people who need us. The temple nearby means there’s always some activity on the street, especially during the festival season. We often have to start our day very early because the heat in Chhattisgarh can be quite intense by noon. We take our breaks together and talk about things other than work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have a marketing strategy or anything like that. People in the ward know where to find us if they need help with something. We just take things as they come and try to do an honest day’s work for our neighbors. It keeps us going year after year without needing any big fuss or complicated plans.
