We are based in Raipur, specifically at D-194 in the R.M.S. Colony area. Most people know this part of town as Tagore Nagar. It is a fairly established residential and commercial mix. The office isn't anything grand, just a solid building where we handle our engineering and consultancy work. Raipur gets really hot in the summer, so we spent a good amount of time making sure the air conditioning actually works properly. We’ve got a few rooms filled with drawings, computers, and stacks of papers because that is just the nature of what we do. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on technical details. We aren't the type of place with a fancy lobby or a security guard at every door. You just walk in and see people working. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We mostly talk about the projects we have on hand and how to get things done by the deadline. Lunch usually involves someone bringing in food from home, and we all sit around for a bit. It’s a very local Raipur vibe, very down to earth. We don't put on any airs about being a big international firm, even if we are part of something bigger. We just worry about the quality of the work leaving our desks here in Tagore Nagar. Every day is different.
