You’ll find us at number 59 in the Tribune Colony area of Raipur. Chhattisgarh is a growing place, but our little corner in the colony stays pretty grounded. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while, serving the people who live and work around here. It’s a basic office setup. We’ve got the counters for the cash and the desks for the paperwork. There isn't any flashy signage or expensive furniture. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting through the piles of documents we have to process every day. People from the colony drop in for their usual banking, and we have a chat while the computer loads. We don't have a mission or any of that stuff; we just want to make sure the transactions are right. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. The staff is mostly local, so we understand the way things work in Raipur. We aren't a big corporate headquarters, just a local branch doing its part. We keep a few extra pens on the counter because people always seem to lose theirs. It’s just a normal, everyday place for normal, everyday tasks. We usually eat our lunch together in the small breakroom. It is a bit cramped but we are used to it by now and it feels like home.
