You can find our Hdfc Bank branch at Khadal Para in Bolangir. We’re located at the C O Saheb Tripathy building. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Orissa. The office is simple and functional. We spend our days helping people with their savings and whatever else they need. It’s not a very big place, so it can feel a bit crowded when everyone comes in at once. We don’t have much in the way of style, just the desks and the computers we need for work. The people who come here are our neighbors. We talk about the weather or the local news while we’re processing their requests. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don’t use corporate scripts or anything like that. If there’s a mistake, we fix it. If someone is confused, we explain it in plain English or the local tongue. Being in Bolangir means we’re part of a tight community. We take that seriously, even if the building is just a normal concrete structure. We keep the fans running to stay cool and try to keep the lines moving. It’s just a bank branch doing its part for the local folks. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay. It’s honest work and we like seeing the familiar faces every day.
