Our Raipur office is situated near the Ring Road, specifically by Kargil Chowk at Plot No 622. It’s a convenient spot because of the road access, though the dust from the heavy trucks can be a bit much sometimes when the windows are open. We share the space with Shri Sksoni, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup for Havells India Ltd. In this part of Chhattisgarh, the heat is the biggest thing we deal with every day. We have the AC running most of the time so we can actually focus on the paperwork and the distribution calls. It’s not a very large office, but we manage to fit everything we need into it without much trouble. The area around Kargil Chowk has grown a lot lately, and there are always new buildings going up. We spend a lot of time coordinating with local contractors and making sure they have what they need for their various projects. We don't have a big staff here, just a few of us who know the ropes. We usually eat lunch together at the desk and talk about the local news or the traffic on the Ring Road. It’s a local operation for a big name, so we try to keep things friendly and simple for everyone who stops by. We’ve been here long enough that most of the nearby shop owners know us by name now.
